Refund Policy

Effective: January 15, 2026

1. Consulting Services

Lexela Strategic Consulting, PLLC provides professional consulting services tailored to your business. Engagements are final once commenced. No refunds will be issued once work has begun or deliverables have been provided, except as required by applicable law.

2. Prepaid Retainers

Retainer payments are non-refundable once applied toward services and work has commenced. Any unused retainer balance will be credited toward future services under the same engagement agreement.

3. Cancellations

Engagement cancellations must be submitted in writing. Work already performed is not refundable.

4. Disputes

Any disputes regarding charges or service quality should be raised promptly via email to billing@lexelasolutions.com.
